We begin by helping clients understand their genome as a unique foundational platform that gives us endless insight into health risk and guides appropriate interventions.

 

This is followed by an epigenetic review that reflects how the environment and lifestyle shapes how the genome is utilized. This yields a unique strategy for direct measurable interventions. Over time as we reassess the epigenetic patterns we can show how the interventions have turned on healthy genes while suppressing genes that lead to chronic disease patterns.

 

We then couple the individualized genetic information with a biomarker panel.  This shows the current state of metabolic and organ health; reflecting areas that need immediate intervention and therapy. 

 

Using biomarker data, we are then able to directly visualize the patient’s unique anatomy, through liquid biopsy and advanced imaging, as a preventive platform to look for cancer and vascular disease years before it becomes clinically detectable.

 

The final step is our biometric platform.  With all the above referenced individualized data we then reflect on the clients functionality through advanced biometric testing.  Using DEXA, VO2 Max, Zone 2 output, and resting metabolic rate we can craft an individualized approach to nutrition and training that will be effective and yield consistent results.
